Mike Fryer

Founder, 1949-2020

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, Mike worked for 30 years developing, operating, and owning establishments throughout Southeast Asia. In 2002 he returned to the US and founded trade publications for the food & beverage industry, including The Las Vegas Food & Beverage Professional. After a bout with cancer, Mike passed away in April, 2020, but his legacy lives on through this publication.
