Vincent Kwan was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Wanting to get a taste of the East Coast, he moved to New York City where he studied International Business at NYU Stern School of Business. He has extensive experience in the food industry from working in restaurant groups, consulting firms, startups and even at the Food Network. He plans to continue sharing his passion for food and hopes to grow the Las Vegas food community. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of UNLVs Spoon University Chapter.
